Editorial and impartiality policy
Impartiality is the whole point of Fertility Days. These are the rules we write and publish by.
Updated Oct 18, 2026

Independence
- Commission is never an input to what we write, and no brand can pay to change a page.
- Brands do not see or approve our pages before they are published. We may contact a brand to check a fact.
- We do not accept free products, payments or gifts in exchange for coverage. If that ever changes for a specific page, the page will say so at the top.
- Our commercial team does not decide what we recommend. When an affiliate relationship exists, it is disclosed on how we make money.
How a page is made
- Research. Every factual statement is traced to a source: peer-reviewed studies, clinical guidance (ACOG, ASRM, CDC, NIH), regulator records (FDA, FTC), and the brand's own pages for prices, specifications and policies. Sources are listed on every page, numbered where they are cited.
- Writing. We write in plain language, answer the question first, and keep the headline claims checkable. Drafts may be prepared with the help of AI research and writing tools; every fact, number and link must be checked against its source before a page is published.
- Medical review. Health pages are reviewed by qualified clinicians as described on our medical review board page. A page shows a "Medically reviewed by" line only after a named reviewer has signed off on that version.
- Updates. Prices, policies and regulatory status are re-checked at least quarterly. The "Updated" date on each page is the last time it was changed.
Health content standards
- We never claim a product will make you pregnant, "boost fertility" or cure a condition.
- We describe FDA status exactly: cleared, registered, approved or none.
- We tell you when to see a clinician, using ACOG and ASRM thresholds.
- Pages about pregnancy loss are written with care, carry no product promotion, and say when to seek urgent care.
- We do not publish invented testimonials, quotes or reviews.
Corrections
If you find an error, email [email protected] with the page and, if you can, a source. We fix factual errors promptly and, when a correction changes a recommendation, we note it on the page.
