Medical review board
Fertility is health information that matters. Our health pages are checked by qualified clinicians before a reviewer’s name appears on them.

What medical reviewers do
A medical reviewer checks a page for medical accuracy: that statements match current evidence and guidance, that nothing could mislead a reader about their health, and that the page says when to see a clinician. Reviewers suggest edits; our editors accept or rewrite them against our editorial policy, and the reviewer signs off on the final version.
Reviewers do not set prices or decide which products we link to.
Who we look for
- Board-certified obstetrician-gynecologists and reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) specialists, for trying to conceive, tests and treatment
- Urologists and andrologists, for male fertility
- Registered dietitians, for prenatal nutrition and supplements
- Licensed psychologists and therapists with reproductive or perinatal mental-health training, for support content
How we vet reviewers
Before a clinician reviews for us, we check their state license and any disciplinary history, NPI, board certification, and any financial ties to brands we cover. A reviewer does not review a page about a company they work with or are paid by.
How a review appears on a page
A page shows "Medically reviewed by" with the reviewer's name and credentials only when that reviewer has approved that version of the page. If the page changes in a way that affects medical content, it is reviewed again before the line returns.
We are building the board now. As each reviewer joins, their profile will be listed here.
